BE Post-Tensioning System Recognized in Guolin Project with Golden Safety Award

BULGAR EDEN ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. (BE) proudly contributed its BE POST-TENSIONING SYSTEM to the "Guolin Rd. Dayuan Dist. Taoyuan City Urban Land Consolidation Project", which was honored with the 2022 Public Construction Golden Safety Award from the Ministry of the Interior—recognizing outstanding performance in construction quality and safety.

This large-scale urban development project was led by the New Construction Office of Taoyuan City Government, with both design and supervision managed by MOH AND ASSOCIATES, INC., and executed by PAN ASIA (ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTORS) CORPORATION. The total project budget reached NT$1.24873 billion.

Located on the northern side of Taoyuan Airport City, the Guolin project covers 45.09 hectares and is the district's largest land readjustment initiative. With excellent transport connectivity via the Taoyuan International Airport, Airport MRT Line, future Green Line, and National Highway 1A, the area has tremendous growth potential. The development includes a 30-meter arterial road, riverside roads, public schools, nine green parks, and future facilities such as a library and community center—enhancing urban functionality and livability.

BE supplied the STRESSING ANCHORAGE – BEM TYPE B system, known for its high strength, stability, and adaptability, playing a vital role in the project’s structural integrity and safety.

The Golden Safety Award serves as a strong affirmation of BE’s commitment to engineering excellence, safety-first practices, and continual innovation in the post-tensioning field.
