On December 1, 2025, the audit team from SGS Taiwan Limited conducted an ISO 9001:2015 (UKAS) surveillance audit at the Yunlin facility of Bulgar Eden Enterprise Co., Ltd. The audit scope covered the development of the BE Post-Tensioning system, manufacturing of prestressing components, and metal parts processing for construction applications.
The SGS audit team, led by Auditor Yi-Hsuan Teng with Auditor Cheng-Ping Chang, evaluated the company’s quality management system, production processes, and operational records. During the audit, documentation, work orders, and production records were reviewed to verify compliance with the ISO standard.
Manufacturing activities such as anchor head and wedge production were examined, including first-article inspections, dimensional measurements, and gauge verification. The auditors confirmed that production control follows documented work orders and specifications to maintain product consistency and traceability.
Quality control procedures were also assessed, including incoming inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), and final inspection (FQC). Measurement instruments were verified to be properly calibrated according to internal procedures, and warehouse management was confirmed to follow the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle with traceable records. No Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) were issued during the year.
In the closing meeting, SGS concluded that Bulgar Eden’s management system documentation provides an appropriate framework for implementation and maintenance, and that internal audits and management reviews are effectively supporting continuous improvement. Overall, the quality management system was confirmed to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and the certification has been successfully renewed.
Bulgar Eden continues to focus on the development and manufacturing of BE Post-Tensioning systems for bridge and structural engineering projects. Through consistent quality management and process control, the company aims to maintain reliable product performance and stable manufacturing standards.
