( Dead-End Anchorage - Type P ) |
In case of transferring the post-tensioning force to the girder end directly, type P anchorage may be adoped. It is composed of the swaged-end including swage with swage spring or wedge, dead-end anchor head, spiral reinforcement, restraining ring, etc.
The swage sheath, swage spring or wedge and strand are extruded by GYJA swaging machine to form the anchoring end with the anchoring coefficient more than 95%, ZB4-500 pump serves the operation.

In Case of transferring the post-tensioning force to the girder end directly, type H anchorage may be adopted.
It is composed of the strand with onion-end, steel frame, Spiral reinforcement, restraining ring and duct.
The onioned end is formed by YH3 onion-forming machine fitted with ZB4-500 pump.
